When you're purchasing your ham, remember to pick up an extra Quart side of our Spinach Alfredo for this make-ahead supper for the following day: Using a Garlic flavored spray oil, (Like Pam®) grease a large pan that you would use for making Lasagna. (9' x 12' x 3"—or larger.)
Place a layer of No-Boil Lasagna noodles on the bottom. (You may need to break another noodle to fit the entire bottom of the pan.) Then layer the following ingredients in this order.
Spread 1 1/4 cups of our Spinach Alfredo over the lasagna noodles Top with:
1/2 cup part-skim Ricotta cheese (dropped by tablespoon)
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup diced HoneyBaked Ham
1/2 jar of prepared pasta sauce sauce with olives & Mushrooms, if desired
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Dried Italian Seasonings
Repeat one more layer beginning with another layer of No-boil noodles, 1 1/4 cup of Spinach Alfredo, the cheeses, HoneyBaked Ham, spices and all but 1/4 cup of the remaining prepared Pasta Sauce. (See above for quantities.)
Top this with one more layer of the no-boil noodles, the remaining pasta sauce and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Extra Grated Parmesan Cheese
Repeat layer and top with more shredded Mozzarella. Bake Uncovered in a 375º oven 35-45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
