Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add and cook until tender but still firm to the bite, (8 to 10 minutes):
12 ounces medium size shells
Heat and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 onion quartered and thinly sliced
Add and sauté an additional 2 minutes:
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium zucchini, quartered and sliced
Add and cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes:
1/4 cup dry white wine
Remove lid and add to heat through (2 to 3 minutes more):
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 yellow peppers cut into thin strips
1 cup HoneyBaked Ham, cut into small dice
Season with:
salt and pepper
Remove from heat and spoon over pasta. Garnish with:
1/4 cup slivered pitted black Nicoise olivese
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
