Leftover Broccoli & Rice Salad

Combine in a bowl and mix well to distribute. Approximately 1 1/2 cups leftover broccoli, finely chopped
   1 cup (plus) leftover cooked rice
   1/2 cup chunks of Blue cheese, or stronger cheeses like Parmesan or Cheddar
   1/2 diced red bell pepper
   1/4 cup or more Ranch or Italian style dressing (or mix them both together)
   Diced HoneyBaked HamŽ or Turkey

Garnish with:
   Sliced green onions.

Serves 2-4
