The Glaze Two-Ways Sundae

You heard us correctly. This classic vanilla sundae comes topped with our famous glaze not once, but twice! This sundae gets a decadent salted glaze sauce and cripsy, crunchy bits of Honey Baked's irresistable glaze. It's a truly one-of-a-kind treat!

Ingredients

Honey Baked Glaze (removed from ham or turkey and crushed into small pieces)

1/2 Cup + 1 TBL

Vanilla Ice Cream

3 Scoops

Heavy Cream

1/4 Cup

Butter

2 TBL

Toasted Pecans (crushed)

1 TBL

Whipped Cream

To taste

Salt

1/4 Tsp

Preparation

Warm 1/2 Cup of glaze chunks and warm in a small pot over medium-low heat.

Once glaze melts, add butter and stir vigorously until smooth.

Add cream and salt and whisk until smooth. Cook together for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Place ice cream in a small bowl. Top with cooled glaze sauce, crunchy glaze bits, crushed pecans and whipped cream.
