Honey Baked Ham

1 LB

Honey Baked BBQ Roast Pork

1 LB

Cuban/French Bread

1 Loaf

Swiss Cheese

8 Slices

Pickle Chips

1/2 CUP

Yellow Mustard

Olive Oil

Let's begin by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. You will want to make sure that your oven racks are spaced far enough apart to accomodate the sandwiches topped with weights.

Cut the loaf of bread in half vertically. Then cut again horizontally.

Oil a baking sheet with 1 TBL of the olive oil. Spread mayonnaise on the top of the bottom half of each piece of bread. Lay each piece of bread bottom side down on the oiled sheet pan.

Place the swiss cheese evenly along the mayonnaise, covering the entire surface of the sandwich.

Place the ham on top of the cheese.

Evenly distribute the BBQ pork on top of the ham.

Evenly distribute the pickle chips on top of the roast pork.

Spread the yellow mustard on the bottom side of the top piece of bread and close the sandwich.

Drizzle the remainder of the olive oil on the top of each sandwich. Lay a piece of tinfoil on the top of the sandwiches. Top the tin foil with another baking sheet and gently press down, pressing the sandwiches between the two baking sheets. Carefully place a cast-iron skillet on the top of the top baking sheet.

Place everything into the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the sandwiches are hot and the cheese is melted.

Carefully remove everything from oven, being careful of the hot skillet.

Remove the skillet and top baking sheet. The sandwiches should be compressed and the tops and bottoms of the bread should be crispy. Slice into manageable pieces and enjoy!!!
