This is a fun twist on an American classic that's perfect for a main course or sandwiches. Don't let the simplicity of recipe fool you. This dish is loaded with flavor!

20 Minutes

Honey Baked Ham

1 LB

Lean Pork (ground)

1 LB

Saltines (crushed)

2/3 CUP

Onion (minced)

1/2 CUP

Egg (beaten)

To Taste

Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees.

Grind up the saltines in a food processor and set aside.

Add ham to empty food processor. Pulse the ham until it is coarsley chopped. You do not want to grind the ham too fine or the loaf will be more dense. Dump ham into large mixing bowl with ground pork. Mix ground ham and pork together.

Add egg, saltines, onion, and pepper to bowl. Mix all ingredients together.

Dump contents of bowl onto a greased sheet pan. Form mixture into the shape of a loaf.

Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes or until center of loaf reaches 160 degrees.

Let rest for 10 minutes after baking and then slice into portions.
