Honey Baked BBQ Roast Pork

Puff Pastry
1 Package
Honey Baked Tantalizing BBQ Sauce
1Bottle
Shredded Cheddar
1.25 Cups
Egg (beaten)

Preparation
Begin by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.
Next, lay out the puff pastry on a flat work surface. There will be 2 sheets in the package. Cut each sheet into 9 equally-sized squares.
Lay a small amount of the shredded cheese in a line frome one corner to the opposite corner on top of each square of puff pastry.
Top the cheese with a small amount (a little less than an ounce) of the bbq pork roast.
Top the pork roast with a drizzle of the bbq sauce.
Grab the 2 free corners of each puff pastry and pull them up over the toppings, pressing the 2 corners together. Place the puff pastries equidistant from each other on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. You will probably need 2 trays.
In a small bowl, beat together the egg and water until smooth. Using a kitchen brush or paper towel, gently wipe all exposed areas of the puff pastry with the egg wash mixture.
Place baking sheet(s) in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry have puffed and are golden-brown.
Let Puff Pastry Poppers cool and then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
