Thanksgiving Leftovers Quesadilla Wrap
This is a fun, delicious and easy way to use up all of the leftovers following the holiday. It's has all of your favorite holiday flavors in every single bite!
Ingredients
Honey Baked Turkey or Ham
3 OZ
Mashed Potatoes
1/4 CUP
Cornbread Stuffing
1/4 CUP
Burrito Size Tortilla
1
Shredded Monterrey Jack
1/4 CUP
Gravy
1/8 CUP
Potato Chips
1/3 CUP
Mayonnaise
1 TBL
Cranberry Sauce
1 TBL
Preparation
Begin by mixing together the cranberry sauce and mayonnaise. If you're not a big mayo fan, leave it out and add a little more cranberry sauce.
Lay out the tortilla. Spread the cranberry and mayo mixture in a small circle in the middle of the tortilla.
Top the cranberry mixture with the shredded cheese.
Top the cheese with the turkey or ham.
Top the turkey or ham with the stuffing.
Top the stuffing with the crushed potato chips.
Top the chips with the mashed potatoes.
Drizzle the mashed potatoes with the gravy.
Making 4 to 5 folds, carefully fold up the burrito shell around the contents creating a packet.
Heat 1 TBL oil in a pan over medium heat. Once oil is hot, place crunch wrap into the pan. Cook until browned on one side and then flip and repeat on other side, 2-3 minutes per side.
